  Smart ass guy behind the counter claimed he was the owner, but no owner would treat customers that way. I had a new Shell credit card that was declined. She'll Card customer support gave me an authorization number because it would take a couple of days for the system to show the proper state. This guy didn't know how to enter and just didn't give a damn. I'd fire him.
